Before founding Saniro, Mr. Nikam was a founding partner of several successful real estate firms , companies he helped start and build from the ground up. Leading them over the years, he learnt every side of the business , from land and approvals to construction, quality and customer care , and saw first-hand what makes families trust a builder.
With that experience and an unwavering belief that every family deserves a home they can truly call their own, he set out on his own path and established Saniro Developers , building it one promise at a time: promises kept, deadlines honoured, and relationships valued far above profit.
